Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Skipper account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack Your Products
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely fastened to prevent leakage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
